An Analysis of Menstrual Symptoms, Menstrual Attitudes, Physical Stress and Psychological Stress According to the Menstrual Cycle Phase

Background: Women undergo an array of menstrual symptoms, depending on the cycle period. This study aimed to gain a more objective understanding impact menstruation by examining differences in attitude, physical stress, and psychological stress across cycle.
 Methods: was conducted from Apr Jun 2021 Gyeonggi Province Korea. aged ≥20 yr were divided into premenstrual (n=17), (n=8), postmenstrual periods (n=23). Menstrual symptoms attitudes assessed using questionnaires. Quantitative electroencephalography used assess indices (left right), with brainwave parameters quantified frequency series power spectrum analysis. Data compared non-parametric tests.
 Results: More experienced period than (Z=2.16, P=.031). did not significantly differ among (Z=1.20, P=.231). Physical high (≥10 μV) throughout there significant three (left: χ2=4.00, P=.035, right: χ2=5.78, P=.046). Psychological >1 μV during periods.
 Conclusion: experience severe diverse other periods. Objective investigations are needed inform effective approach for addressing negative menstruation-related experiences.
